New accounts receive a complimentary property visual inspection of both interior(s) and exterior of property.
To the benefit of your investment and the resident we conduct annual interior inspections to help ensure a clean, safe, and habitable property.
Any tenant notices served or contract adjustments for new laws, compliance, late rent, etc. are always included in our management fee.
It is not fair to charge you extra fees on maintenance or repairs, we have no incentive to have a surplus on maintenance.
For many out of state owners, we do not charge an administrative fee to file and pay quarterly FTB withheld taxes.
