3. Streamlined Maintenance Reporting

You'll never need to take another complaint from a tenant. When we receive a maintenance request it is documented in your portal and updated upon completion, available to you 24/7. 

4. Annual Interior Inspections

We know that you worry about your property's condition and habitability, so we conduct routine annual inspections to make sure both you and the tenant's are happy. 

5. Direct Deposit Owner Draws

We can deposit your month rental proceedings directly into your preferred account. 

6. Professional Listing Marketing & Tenant Screening

All of our owners benefit from professional marketing on vacancies. We know that showing off your property in its best light gets maximum rental prospects. Our listings are syndicated to all rental websites and we have powerful lead management to follow up on every lead. All applicants are thoroughly screened with credit reports.

Thank  you for considering Casado Real Estate Inc. to manage your rental property!  Daniel Casado grew up in Whittier, CA and finished school at Cal State Long Beach. Daniel has formed strong relations with the Apartment Association of California Southern Cities where he earned the prestigious Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) designation administered by the National Apartment Association (NAA) and he serves on the board for the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM) Long Beach chapter. Daniel is an Eagle Scout who serves his community by honest and fair dealings in real estate and property management, his mission statement is: "I want to help everyone I work with in real estate step into better positions so their wealth has benefited by working with me, to strike win/win deals, and create long term mutually beneficial relationships."
