We are very excited to serve you and make your experience as seamless as possible. If you just signed your lease and are planning your move, you're in the right place! If you received notice we are your new property management company, we are glad you are here too!
Tips to help with your move:
- Set up your online Resident's Portal and schedule your rent for auto pay, this is a free service. An email with your temporary password should have been sent to you. Direct EFT deposit is free but there is a 3% charge for using a credit card.
- If you're having trouble setting up your resident portal, contact your property manager.
- Change your address with the USPS, https://moversguide.usps.com/mgo/disclaimer
- Set up utility accounts before move in for uninterrupted service. Utility information by city can be found below.
- Bundle your renter's insurance with your auto insurance and save! (probably). You can also sign up for renter's insurance in your renters portal. We highly encourage insurance liability to be at least $100,000 for your benefit.
- Make sure you have a scheduled move in date with your property manager, your move in will take place at your new home. Pictures will be taken and notes made so bring a good eye for detail so nothing is missed.
- Look up which day is your street's trash pick up with your refuse provider.
- Call your area's internet and or TV provider before you move in to set up service for after you move in.
