You'll never need to take another complaint from a tenant again. When we receive a maintenance request it is documented in your portal and updated upon completion, available to you 24/7. We do not mark up on maintenance receipts.
If you reside outside of California, we process estimated taxes for you each quarter.
We deposit your monthly rental proceedings directly into your preferred account.

New accounts receive a complimentary property visual inspection of both interior(s) and exterior of property.
To benefit both you and the resident, we conduct annual interior inspections to ensure a clean, safe, and habitable residence.
Any notices served to tenants for new laws, compliance, or late rent, are always included in our management fee.
It is not fair to charge you extra fees on maintenance or repairs, we have no incentive for a surplus of maintenance.
For many out of state owners, we do not charge an administrative fee to file and pay quarterly FTB estimated taxes.
