Which utilities to pay?

How to find out which utilities turn

During your very exciting move there are many moving parts your mind is on and it's common to forget to turn on your long beach city utilities. To find the utilities you need to turn on look at your rental agreement, usually at the bottom of the first page you will find what utilities are covered by your landlord. If your landlord does not pay for all of the utilities you will have to set up an account with your area's provider for each utility you need to cover.

It is common practice for a landlord to leave on utilities for the first few days of your tenancy. Make sure to speak with your property manager on when they expect utilities to be turned of so when you create your accounts transfer or service can be seamless.
